Insights Discovery For Leaders

Our 2-day leadership program for leaders and leadership teams at all levels.

Bring out your best as a leader!

This customized program is designed for small groups of leaders within the same organization who want to explore and increase the effectiveness of their leadership styles.

In Gruppenübungen werden Führungsstile ausgearbeitet.

Leadership is not the same as management. The best leaders inspire and motivate by promoting a compelling vision and developing and communicating shared goals and common values.

The program uses the Insights Discovery Instrument as a foundation for exploring different leadership styles. It is designed to be highly interactive, using role-plays, and group exercises, with space for individual work and reflection, along with varied presentation formats. Participants experience how their personal leadership style affects others and learn to consciously adapt their style(s) depending on the situation.

Although the focus of the program is on practical leadership skills, we provide participants with insights into both classical and cutting-edge leadership theories. We include participants’ own practical examples and share some of our own key insights from over 20 years of leadership experience in world-leading companies. By blending current and proven learning methods, we provide new perspectives and offer a safe learning environment to try out new approaches.
Mit Gruppenübungen setzen sich die Kursteilnehmer mit dem Thema Führung auseinander.

Approximately 2 weeks prior to the program, participants will be invited to complete the Insights Discovery online evaluator. Completing the evaluator is confidential and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. The resulting profiles are given to participants during the program. They contain a range of personal information and are treated confidentially. If an Insights Discovery profile is disclosed, this should only be done at the request of the participant. Nevertheless, we usually find that participants feel very comfortable sharing the results with each other. This is probably because profiles do not differentiate between better or worse results, but highlight neutral, but important, differences in people’s behaviour and preferences.

Hartmut gave examples ‘out of real life’ which helped me to understand the message. I really liked that for some of the tasks we had to move around in the room or work in new groups, that gave me new perspectives and ideas and I also do this in the office now when I´m stuck in something
