Our half-day program for effective team communication.

This program can be delivered either virtually or as a face-to-face event. It is designed for managers, project leaders or teams who want to collaborate more effectively with each other, and with external partners.

Break

The best teams are balanced, focused and demonstrate well developed patterns of communication. Team members understand and appreciate the differences in the team and use them in a deliberate way for the success of the whole team.

In this half-day program, supported by the Insights Discovery psychometric tool, participants examine their own communication preferences as well as those of their colleagues. Together they determine various measures to achieve more effective communication in their team.

Each participant receives an individual Insights Discovery report. With interactive exercises, role plays and small group work, our experienced trainers ensure that what has been learned continues to have an impact after the program.

The Insight Model

Participants are introduced to the four-color Insights model, which is very easy to remember. It provides a useful and neutral “common language” that reduces conflict and makes it possible to talk about interpersonal dynamics in the team – even after the training.

Online Evaluation

Participants will be asked to complete the Insights Discovery online evaluator approximately 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Completing the evaluator is confidential and takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
