Insights Discovery for
Virtual Collaboration
Our one-day program designed especially for geographically dispersed teams.
Modern communication and collaboration technologies are making the world smaller and allowing teams to bring together the best talent, regardless of location. These new ways of communicating provide many opportunities and at the same time, it can be challenging for teams to build strong relationships virtually. Each team is different, and it is important for the different team members to agree how they want to make the most of the various virtual collaboration technologies at their disposal.
Using the Insights Discovery psychometric tool, participants will deepen their understanding of the different team members’ work styles, and what impact these differences have on virtual collaboration. The workshop builds mutual trust and the team agrees on measures for sustaining effective virtual collaboration.
